Good Sunday Morning!

I’m currently reworking my training plan.  I had all my long runs on Sundays but after running my long run early Friday morning, and not having to worry about it on the weekend seems more of like a better idea.  Or should I switch it to Thursday?  I can either follow it up with fit camp or vinyasa yoga.


Yoga this morning in an hour and then I need to get in a four mile run.  In-laws are coming for the day too soooooooo, I should probably rock it out after yoga.

Then after we’ll eat!

Baked two boule loaves at 7am this morning, and looking forward to sharing it with some fresh tomatoes, garden basil and mozzarella drizzled with balsamic and extra v olive oil. I’ll add the recipe here later…  it’s from Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day.  Love this book!  Looking forward to adding herbs to the breads this summer.
