Toasted {Head}

Ahhh…  my last two-hour exam of the semester is finished.  I have two quizzes, a paper and then a final exam before the semester is officially over.  Now I can enjoy tomorrow’s Easter festivities at school without worry, and enjoy this pre-dinner drink.

What’s on the menu for dinner, you ask…  Steamed tilapia with lemon which is already foiled up and ready to be tossed on the grill, mediterranean couscous (roasting tomatoes now), and grilled asparagus with a glass of Pinot Grigio.  I can’t wait.
